CSB4 - Shipment Creation


To cater to the new csb4 requirements, eShipz has come up with a CSB4 checkbox in the Create Shipment page that would enable user to enter additional data required for processing csb4 shipments.



Enhancements 

  • Bank Account Number field is made optional as it is not applicable for all carriers. eShipz will display a validation message during label generation, if Bank Account Number is not added for applicable carriers. 




CRITERIA FOR CSB5:

 

  • CSB-V is applicable for only international shipments with India as an origin country
  • Bluedart CSB-V international shipment applicable only for the Parcel – Commercial shipments
  • Documents and Personal shipments are restricted
  • COD is not applicable for International shipments

 

Mandatory fields for CSB-V       

In order to create CSB-V shipments enable ‘Create as a CSB-V Shipment’ checkbox on Create Shipment page. Below are the mandatory fields for CSB V shipments.

 

  1. Import Export code-IEC
  2. Bank AD code
  3. Bank account number
  4. GST No
  5. Incoterm
  6. Payment of IGST
  7. Total IGST amount 
  8. Bound or LUT
  9. Is Government
  10. NFEI
  11. HS code
  12. Weight
  13. Rate per item
  14. FOB value
  15. Total FOB value
  16. Total IGST[when PAYMENT of IGST is Yes]
  17. IGST %[when PAYMENT of IGST is Yes]
  18. Taxable Amount 


Document-Commercial shipments: Not Applicable for CSB V.   

Hence,when an user creates CSB V shipment, a validation message will be displayed on UI as shown in below Image.




Document-Personal shipments : Not Applicable for CSB V.

Parcel-Personal shipments: Not Applicable for CSB V.
